We always offer free shipping, with no minimum order amount! Your order will be delivered to your home at no extra cost.


⏱️ Processing Time & Track Your Order

All orders are processed immediately and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from our international warehouse. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking code.

In most cases, you’ll receive the code shortly after placing your order. If not, you’ll receive it within 2 days at the latest β€” so you're always informed about the status of your order.


🚚 Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 14 days. We always strive to deliver within this period. In rare cases (e.g., holidays, vacations, or severe weather), delivery may take up to 28 days.


🏠 Accurate Shipping Information

❌ Order Cancellation

Once your order is confirmed, cancellation is unfortunately not possible, as we process and ship orders immediately.
However, the right of withdrawal applies: you may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
For orders with multiple items, the 14-day period starts after receiving the last item.

πŸ“­ Lost Shipment

If your package is lost, contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Please note: this process can take several weeks or even months, as carriers do not prioritize such cases.

We ask for your patience and cooperation to find a fair solution within our policy. Our goal is to resolve the matter together.


❗ Refused or Unclaimed Packages at Pick-Up Points

If you're not home, the carrier may try up to two delivery attempts. After that, the package is usually taken to a pick-up point where it must be collected within the given timeframe.

If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the carrier’s distribution center.

We cannot offer refunds for refused or unclaimed packages.

Only packages returned via our official return process (e.g., Klarna payments) are eligible for refunds or cancellations.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery or not being picked up, we will cover the cost for one reshipment.
For a second attempt, we charge an additional €8 shipping fee.
