By returning an item, you agree to our return terms and conditions.

You have up to 28 days to return your item.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
You must notify us in writing via info@glowy-jewellery.com within this period.
After your cancellation notice, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
Your cancellation and refund will be processed once we receive your return at the return address listed at the bottom of this page.

Please ensure you ship with trackable and preferably insured shipping.

We will only issue a refund after receiving and processing the return package.

Any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt, including photos.

Can I refuse or not pick up a package and still receive a refund?
No.
To be eligible for a refund, you must follow our official return procedure.
Packages refused at the door or left uncollected at a pickup point are not returned to us but instead sent to a sorting center.
Only correctly returned packages qualify for a refund.
